Viper Quilp - the Dark Hunt - Discussion

I seem to recall that Viper was relieved of his Watch and Chain and his Top-hat by a group of concerned immortals (including Scratch, Oberon and the old Lord of Shades and maybe the Lord of the Frozen Wastes...can't remember if he was there or not).
