These bracers can fire a dart that does 1D4 roll-up damage once per day. Every 2 points spent on this function increases the damage of the dart by an additional D4. Generally, the owner will only be able to raise this function of the weapon 1 point per initiation, as usual. Requires skill with dart or crossbow and the range is 10 metres.
The bracer holds 30 points of power, expendable or otherwise. These points may only be spent on increasing an attack skill, and once spent they are gone forever.
